comfy beds and friendly vibes

The beds were super comfy and the staff was amazing, felt like we were saying bye to friends at checkout. The attached restaurant served great food, and the breakfast discount was a nice touch. We had a lovely balcony in our room. Just wish they had more towels ready for us the next day.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel employees were freindly and helpful. Although the hotel was under renovation, we were not disturbed by noise or construction personnel. The resturant in front was ok, but nothing special. Enjoyed our selves.

The hotel is spotlessly clean with a fantastic view of the mountains. the staff are extremely helpful and delightful. the room has a small balcony, coffee, and a patio, as well as a comfortable bed. the bathrooms are large and have bathtubs. the location is unbeatable for visiting the Grand Canyon, making for a thoroughly enjoyable vacation stay.

Checking in was a breeze with friendly staff. We were impressed that the room had a balcony with a lovely view. Dining and area attractions were just minutes away. We spent little time in the hotel so we did not use the fitness room and swimming pool. Thanks for providing free WiFi (although it did not have a strong signal--it faded out four or five times).

The room had telltale signs of prior guests--dirty ice bucket and a black hair tie on the night stand. The tv was worn out as the picture was clearly distorted. The toilet seat was broken.
